Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be prepared for shipment. Please note all pieces are shipped from the United States.

US SHIPPING

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

RETURNS

For all returns and exchanges, please contact info@itsmagama.com

We will be happy to offer you a return or an exchange within 15 days from delivery date on all unworn jewelry. For the return or exchange to be successful, the product should be in unworn condition with its original packaging. You will be required to present proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.

Please note that the customer will have to pay for any cost that may incur when shipping the product back to Magama. Returns on orders made outside the United States will be subject to shipping and duties.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, exchanges, & repairs.

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please be aware that our customers that have not made purchases directly from Magama must contact the reseller for returns, exchanges, and refunds of any products. We are not responsible for any product not purchase directly from this online store or other retail outlet of MAGAMA.
